Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Celsius Resources Limited ("Celsius" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Mr. Paul James Dudley as a Non-Executive member of the Board and the Company's Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective from 30 January 2023.

Information on Mr. Dudley as required under the AIM Rules is set out in the Company's AIM Appendix Document published on 30 January 2023, and available on the Company's website www.celsiusresources.com

Mr. Dudley has over 25 years' business experience, working across various sectors including industry roles within Natural Resources, Corporate Finance, Regulatory and Financial Services. Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of England and Wales and a Member of the UK's Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC and whilst at WH Ireland plc, he worked as a Qualified Executive for the purposes of the AIM Rules, acting as a Nominated Adviser from 2004-2007.

Mr. Dudley also serves as a director of a number of other listed and unlisted companies, including Rockwood Strategic plc, an investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange. In addition, he has worked at various significant investment companies including Gresham House plc, Sigma Capital Group plc and the London Stock Exchange. He is also an Independent Director of TISE-listed Pyne Gould Corporation Ltd, a significant wealth management business focused on investments in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. He is the founder of Aer Ventures Limited, an investment advisory company that is Authorised and Regulated by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority.

Paul Dudley was a director of Torrum Ltd which was dissolved following a voluntary striking-off procedure. There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
