Correction - Holding in the Company

Capital Lease Aviation PLC (AIM: CLA) would like to clarify that the announcement issued on 26 September (RNS Number: 6677S) incorrectly stated that shares in CLA were bought by Avation PLC for 0.205 pence. The correct price was 20.5 pence.

The Company today announces that it has been informed by Avation PLC (Avation; AVAP) that Avation has agreed to acquire 120,000 ordinary shares in Capital Lease Aviation.

This will increase Avation's interest in the voting rights in CLA issued share capital to 95.2 per cent.

The CLA shares were acquired through the market at a price of 20.5 pence in cash (the "Cash Purchase"). Settlement of the Cash Purchase will be on normal market terms.
