Director's shareholding

The Company was notified on 31st January 2011 that, on the same day, John Wilson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 9,983 ordinary shares in Elektron at 38.25 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Wilson is interested in 33,180 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
