Checkit (AIM: CKT), announces that on 7 March 2024, Keith Daley, Non-Executive Chair, purchased a total of 250,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18.35 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Keith Daley's total beneficial interest in the Company is 21,175,366 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 19.61% of the Company's total issued share capital.
