Director's shareholding

The Company was notified on 16 May 2011 that, on the same day, Geoff Spink, Group Finance Director, sold 175,000 ordinary shares in Elektron at 41.25 pence per share. As announced on 10 March, Mr Spink has informed the Board of his intention to leave the Company later in the year.

Following this transaction, Mr Spink is interested in 25,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
