Director's shareholding
Elektron was notified on 20 August 2012 that, following the award of 115,756 shares in lieu of cash in respect of the dividend for the year ended 31 January 2012 (the 'Scrip Shares'), Keith Daley, Chairman, now holds a total of 13,783,151 ordinary shares in Elektron, inclusive of his interest held under the Elektron Technology 2012 Employee Benefit Trust, which represents approximately 11.53% of the Company's issued share capital.
