Checkit plc (AIM:CKT) the global technology group, announces that John Wilson, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 100,729 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 24.92 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Mr Wilson's total beneficial interest in the Company is 789,259 Ordinary Shares representing 1.27% of the Company's total issued share capital as at today's date.
Concert party holdings
Following the Purchase, the Concert Party (which is comprised of Keith Daley and John Wilson) will have control of voting rights over 13,817,598 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 22.27% of the Company's issued share capital.
