Director's shareholding

The Company has been notified on 3rd November 2010 that Geoff Spink, Group Finance Director of the Company, acquired 75,000 ordinary shares in Elektron on the same day at a price of 37.733 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Spink's shareholding in the Company is 200,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.19% per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
