Elektron Technology plc announces that on 18 January 2017 Keith Daley exercised his Market Value Option to acquire shares in the Company granted by the Trustee on 28 July 2016, in part, at an exercise price equal to the mid-market price of the Company's shares at close of business on 17 December 2017 being 7.625p.
The resulting shares and options held by Keith Daley following the above transaction are as follows:
