Director's shareholding
Elektron was notified on 8 December 2011 that, following his election to receive 24,163 shares in lieu of cash in respect of the interim dividend for the half year ended 31 July 2011 (the 'Scrip Shares'), Keith Daley, Chairman, now holds a total of 8,563,757 ordinary shares, which will represent approximately 8.03% of the Company's issued share capital on 14 December 2011 following the issue of the Scrip Shares.
