Checkit plc (AIM: CKT), the automated monitoring platform for operational leaders, announces that on 4 November 2025, Kit Kyte, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 117,646 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 17.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Kit Kyte's total beneficial interest in the Company is 1,481,440 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.37% of the Company's total issued share capital.
