Elektron Technology plc announces that on 23 October 2017 John Wilson exercised his Market Value Option to acquire shares in the Company granted by the Trustee on 28 July 2016, in part, at an exercise price equal to the mid-market price of the Company's shares at close of business on 20 October 2017 being 16.875p.
The resulting shares and options held by John Wilson following the above transaction are as follows:
