Checkit plc (AIM:CKT) announces that, on 20 January 2023, Mrs Sophie Wilson, wife of John Wilson, Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 250,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at weighted average price of 23.94 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, John Wilson's total beneficial interest in the Company, including those owned by his wife as above, is 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.16% of the Company's issued share capital.
