Director/PDMR Shareholdings

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1).

On 27 March 2014, the following transaction over ordinary shares in the Company was made by Mr J D Woyda, Director of the Company in London.

On 16 December 2009 and 24 December 2010, Mr J D Woyda was granted nil cost options under the Clarkson Long Term Incentive Plan 2004. The awards became exercisable on 15 December 2012 and 23 December 2013 respectively. On 27 March 2014, he exercised his nil cost options over 45,182 and 16,628 ordinary shares in the Company.

In order to meet his tax liability which was incurred on day of exercise, Mr Woyda sold 29,124 shares at a price of £23.71 per share. The disposals were made on the London Stock Exchange and the balance of 32,686 ordinary shares was retained by him.
