This notification is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
On 2 October 2017 options over ordinary shares in the Company were granted under the Clarkson PLC International ShareSave Plan ("The Plan"). The Plan offers the opportunity for eligible employees to buy ordinary shares of 25p each with savings accumulated from agreed deductions from net pay over a three year period. The options become exercisable after three years on 1 November 2020. The following PDMR was included in the grant:-
