Exercise of Share Options
The Company announces that on 8 October 2009, 7,215 options were exercised under the Company's Sharesave Plan over ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 135 pence per Ordinary Share, and 25,000 options were exercised under the Company's Employee Incentive Plan over Ordinary Shares at a price of 120 pence per Ordinary Share.
A total of 32,215 Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM under the Block Admission dated 29 September 2009. These shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares.
Total Voting Rights
Following admission of the 32,215 new Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company's Ordinary Shares will be 116,014,728 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Cape under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
