The Company was informedΒ on 24Β September 2008Β that on that day,Β Sean O`Connor,Β the Non executive ChairmanΒ of Cape,Β purchasedΒ 8,450Β ordinary 25 pence shares ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company at a price of 234.5Β pence.Β Following this transactionΒ Sean O`ConnorΒ has a beneficial interest inΒ 20,700Β Ordinary Shares which represents approximatelyΒ 0.001Β per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
On the same dateΒ David Robins,Β the senior Non executive directorΒ ofΒ Cape,Β purchasedΒ 6,350Β Ordinary Shares of the Company at a price of 234.5Β pence and following this transaction he has a beneficial interest inΒ 23,350 Ordinary Shares which represents approximatelyΒ 0.001Β per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.Β
