This release replaces RNS number 2525E entitled 'Director/PDMR Shareholding'. The correction being the resultant beneficial holding of Non executive director David Robins following the transaction which took place on 24 September 2008.

Directors Shareholdings
The Company was informed on 24 September 2008 that on that day, Sean O`Connor, the Non executive Chairman of Cape, purchased 8,450 ordinary 25 pence shares ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company at a price of 234.5 pence. Following this transaction Sean O`Connor has a beneficial interest in 20,700 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 0.001 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
On the same date David Robins, the senior Non executive director of Cape, purchased 6,350 Ordinary Shares of the Company at a price of 234.5 pence and following this transaction he has a beneficial interest in 23,350 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 0.001 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
