The Company was informed on 23 March 2009 of the following purchases of the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence ("Ordinary Shares") by Directors on 23 March 2009:

Sean O'Connor, Chairman, purchased 55,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 80 pence per share, following which he has a beneficial interest in 100,700 Ordinary Shares representing 0.088 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.

Martin May, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 80 pence per share, following which he has a beneficial interest in 550,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.478 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.

David Robins, Non-executive Director, purchased 13,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 77 pence per share, following which he has a beneficial interest in 36,350 Ordinary Shares representing 0.032 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
