Cape PLC28 April 2008 Cape PLC ("Cape" or the "Company") Directors' dealings - PSP awards 28 April 2008 Cape PLC (AIM:CIU) announces that on 25 April 2008 Martin May was awarded agrant of shares under the Cape plc 2007 Performance Share Plan ("the Plan") asdetailed below: Pursuant to the terms of the Plan, Martin May was awarded 190,122 shares at aprice of 228.8 pence per share (equal to 100% of current base salary) Vesting of these shares is subject to Cape Earnings Per Share (EPS) meeting thespecified performance criteria over a 3 year vesting period. The performancecriteria is EPS growth of RPI plus 3% for the minimum of 30% of the sharesawarded to vest and EPS growth of RPI plus 10% for all of the shares awarded tovest.
