Application for Block Admission
The Company announces that an application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,032,500 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance.
275,000 of the Block Admission Shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Company's Performance Share Plan, 450,000 shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Company's Sharesave Plan, and a further 307,500 shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Company's Employee Incentive Plan.
These shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary shares of the Company.
