Block Listing Application

Further to the announcement on 23 November 2020 regarding the significant additional liquidity secured by Cineworld and the associated issue of equity warrants to participating lenders, Cineworld provides notification that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing totalling 153,539,786 ordinary shares of 1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities (the "Block Listing Shares").

Up to 153,539,786 ordinary shares will be issued from time to time to satisfy the exercise of outstanding equity warrants. When issued, these ordinary shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

It is expected that admission of the Block Listing Shares will become effective on 26 November 2020. Following the admission, the exercise of equity warrants will be covered by a block listing. The Company will provide updates regarding the total number of shares in issue and the number of warrants outstanding at the end of each six month period and at such other times as required by the Listing Rules.
