City of London Group plc ("COLG" or "the Company")
Director's Dealing
Howard Goodbourn, COLG's newly appointed Finance Director, has today been granted fixed price unapproved share options over 143,267 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 69.8p per share. The options are exercisable between three and ten years from the date of grant. It was agreed that these options would be granted to Mr Goodbourn as part of his terms of employment with the Group. He has no other interests in the shares of the Company.
