BCB HOLDINGS LIMITED ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Belize City, Belize, August 4, 2015 - BCB Holdings Limited (London - AIM: BCB; Bermuda - BBHL) (the "Company") announces that Mr. Peter Gaze has stood down as Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Gaze will continue as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Mr. Gaze has been Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 1998, and has held many senior executive financial positions for companies related to Lord Ashcroft over the last 33 years.

Ms. Cheryl Jones, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, commented:

"The Board of Directors would like to extend its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Gaze for his dedication and commitment to BCB Holdings and its related companies.

Mr. Gaze's contribution and loyalty to the Company over his many years of service are immeasurable. The Board is delighted that he will remain with the Company as a Non-Executive Director so we can continue to benefit from his wealth of experience and knowledge."

The Company also announces that it has appointed Mr. Michael Coye as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Mr. Coye has been the Company's Deputy Chief Financial Officer since 2009. He joined the Company in 1993 and has served the Company in various capacities including as Financial Controller and as Vice President of Finance of The Belize Bank Limited. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Coye was a Senior Auditor with the public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse in Belize. He has not been appointed to the Board of the Company.
