Change of name effective

Belize City, Belize, 7 January 2016 -- BCB Holdings Limited (London - AIM: BCB; Bermuda - BBHL) (the "Company" or "BCBHL")

Further to the announcement on 18 December 2015, The Company announces that its change of name to Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited is now effective. Trading is expected to commence on 11 January 2016 at 8.00 a.m. under the new name and ticker 'CIHL'. The Company's new ISIN is BZP211481049, under which Depository Interests will be able to be traded on or around 11 January 2016. The Company's new SEDOL is BYQ0J71.
