CARIBBEAN INVESTMENT HOLDINGS LIMITED ANNOUNCES DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Belize City, Belize - September 14, 2021 - Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited (London - AIM: CIHL; Bermuda - BSX: CIHL) (the "Company") announces the immediate appointment of Mr. Stewart Raymond Gordon Howard, 45, to the Board of the Company as Non-Executive Director.
Mr. Howard is the Chief Executive Officer of Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited and the Managing Director of British Caribbean Bank Limited. He has over twenty-three years of banking experience and has worked in various fields in finance from Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Risk Management, Forex, Operations, Commercial & Retail Lending and Card Services.
Mr. Howard graduated from the Institute of Banking and Finance in Trinidad and Tobago and the University of the West Indies with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Management and Finance.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Peter Gaze, Chairman of the Board said:
