BCB HOLDINGS LIMITED ANNOUNCES DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Belize City, Belize, May 6, 2014 - BCB Holdings Limited (London - AIM: BCB; Bermuda - BBHL) (the "Company") announces that Mr. John Searle has decided to retire as a Director of the Company and its subsidiaries, The Belize Bank Limited and Belize Bank International Limited, with immediate effect.
Mr. Searle, who is 77 years of age, has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since its incorporation in 1987 and was also an original member of the Board of Directors of The Belize Bank Limited. Mr. Searle has dedicated nearly 30 years of service to the BCB Holdings Limited group of companies.
Ms. Cheryl Jones, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, commented as follows:
