BCB HOLDINGS LIMITED ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT
OF NEW CHAIRMAN
Belize City, Belize March 8, 2010 - BCB Holdings Limited (London - AIM: BCB; Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange: BCBTT; Bermuda Stock Exchange: BBHL) (the "Company") announces that Wendell Mottley (Age 68) has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Mottley is an existing member of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors of the Company is unchanged and comprises of Wendell Mottley, Lord Ashcroft, Philip Johnson, Lyndon Guiseppi, Peter Gaze, Philip Osborne, Cheryl Jones, John Searle, Euric Bobb and Philip Priestley.
