CIC Mining Resources (AIM: CICR: RRR, FSE: 31C), the consulting and advisory firm operating primarily in the mining and energy infrastructure sectors, announces that Mr Hu Ye, a Director of the Company and CFO has stepped down form the board with immediate effect. The Company is in discussions with a number of candidates to join and strengthen the board and hopes to make further announcements on this matter in due course.
Stuart Bromley, Chairman of CIC Mining Resources, commented:
