In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that, at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital comprises 114,839,433 ordinary shares of 5 pence each (excluding 2,645,000 shares held as treasury shares). The Company's total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 114,839,433.
The above figure of 114,839,433 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
