Acquisition of Shares by Directors
The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that it received notifications on 11 and 14 December 2009 of the following purchases by directors.
Robert Ware, Chief Executive, purchased 50,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 109p per share on 10 December 2009, 70,000 Shares at 115.635p on 11 December 2009 and 210,000 Shares at 116.5p on 14 December 2009. Following these transactions, his holding in the Company is now 4,330,000 Shares representing 3.69 % of the Company's total voting rights.
Nigel Hamway, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 100,000 Shares at a price of 115p per share on 11 December 2009 and 110,000 Shares at 119p on 14 December 2009. Following these transactions, his holding in the Company is now 707,000 Shares representing 0.60 % of the Company's total voting rights.
