PDMR Shareholdings
The Company announces that it was notified on 19 August 2021 that:
Yasmin Thomis, a PCA of Andrew Thomis, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, on 19 August 2021 sold 3,832 shares at a price of 522 pence per share from her nominee account and then repurchased, into her ISA, 3,823 shares at a price of 522.8 pence per Share.
As a result of the transactions detailed above, the beneficial interests of Andrew Thomis, Simon Walther and their PCAs in the Shares of Cohort plc are as follows:
