Director Shareholdings
The Company announces that Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive, has, for tax planning purposes, today sold 2,944 Ordinary shares in Cohort with a nominal value of 10 pence each ("Shares") held in a nominee account at a price of 679.55 pence per share.
As a result of the above transaction, the total beneficial interest in Shares of Andrew Thomis is 247,032, representing 0.60% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
The information set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
