Director Shareholdings
The Company announces that Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive, has today purchased 2,753 Ordinary shares in Cohort with a nominal value of 10 pence each ("Shares") to be held in his Individual Savings Account (ISA) at a price of 726.94 pence per share.
As a result of the above transaction, the total beneficial interest in Shares of Andrew Thomis is 249,785, representing 0.60% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
The information set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
