On 7 September 2016, Pierre Denis, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), sold 320,000 ordinary shares of 100p each in Jimmy Choo PLC at 125.625p per share. He now holds 2,684,489 ordinary shares which represents 0.7% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
