Jimmy Choo PLC (the "Company") announces that Gianluca Brozzetti has informed the Company that he intends to step down from the board of the Company at the Annual General Meeting on 15 June 2016 in order to dedicate more time to his Executive assignments.

Peter Harf, Chairman, commented:

"We are grateful to Gianluca for the input and support he has provided to the Company during his tenure. We understand his reasons for making this decision and fully support him."

Gianluca Brozzetti commented:
