Chill Brands Group, the international consumer packaged goods company, announces that following the admission earlier today of 25,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), the Company has received the Form TR-1 from one of its significant shareholders, showing an increased number of shares held but a reduced percentage due to the dilution of the newly admitted Ordinary Shares.
