('Chill', the 'Company' or the 'Group')
Change of Ticker
Further to the Change of Name announcement issued on 16 August 2021, Chill Brands Group (LON:CHLL) (OTCQX:ZOEIF), (formerly Zoetic International plc) the international CBD group, announces that trading in the Company's ordinary shares under the new name will take effect from 8am today. The Company's ticker (TIDM) will change to CHLL and the ISIN and SEDOL connected with the Company's shares remain the same.
Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name, and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates issued will bear the name Chill Brands Group plc.
A new investor relations website for Chill Brands Group plc is currently under construction and will be launched in due course.
