Grant of deferred share award
Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or "the Company") announces that on 12 December 2023 it granted an award of 95,854 deferred 1p ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to Michael Ord, a director of the Company, in satisfaction of 40% of Mr Ord's annual bonus payment for the year ended 31 October 2023. The deferred share award will vest in three years' time.
