Adjustments to Share Awards
On 22 April 2016, adjustments were made to conditional awards over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Chemring Group PLC ("Shares" and the "Company") previously granted to certain directors of the Company under the Chemring Group Performance Share Plan 2006, in order to reflect the rights issue completed by the Company on 23 February 2016.
