In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Chemring Group PLC (the "Company") announces that Carl-Peter Forster, Chairman of the Company, will take up an appointment as a non-executive director of Babcock International Group PLC ("Babcock") on 1 June 2020 and will be appointed as senior independent director following Babcock's next Annual General Meeting (currently expected to be in July).
