Additional Listings

Applications have been made to the UK Financial Conduct Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for blocklistings of 289,054 and 579,888 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").

The new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, may be issued pursuant to the exercise of 289,054 and 579,888 employee share options granted under The Chemring Group 2018 UK Sharesave Plan on 30 July 2018 and 29 July 2019 respectively. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on 31 January 2020.
