Update: Block admission of shares for exercise of warrants
Chesterfield Resources plc advises that the following release replaces the Block Admission Application announcement released on 4 May 2022 at 7.00 a.m. The announcement has been updated to set out the expected admission date, no other changes have been made. The updated announcement is set out in full below:
An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for a block listing of securities in respect of a total of 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares arising on exercise of 5,000,000 existing Series A warrants, on the basis of one share per warrant (the "Shares").
The Shares are being reserved under the block listing and will be issued as and when Series A warrants are exercised. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Admission of the Shares is expected to take place on 5 May 2022.
