("Chariot", the "Company" or the "Group")
Block Admission Application and Return
The Company announces that application has been made for the Block Admission of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares" and "Ordinary Shares"), ranking pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. These New Ordinary Shares may be issued from time to time pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Share Scheme.
It is expected that admission will become effective in the New Ordinary Shares on 6 June 2018 ("Admission").
The Company makes the following notification pursuant to Schedule Six of the AIM Rules for Companies regarding its existing block admission arrangements:

As at 31 May 2018 the Company has an issued share capital of 365,367,898 Ordinary Shares each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
