Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has today been notified that Mark Horrocks, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 5,000,000 shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 12 January 2016 at 0.845p per Ordinary Share and today sold a further 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.85p per Ordinary Share.
Following these share sales, Mr Horrocks is interested in 8,285,174 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.53% of the issued share capital.
