Castings PLC announces that Gerard Wainwright will retire from the board on 29 March 2019. The Board would like to thank Gerard for his significant contribution to the business since his appointment in 1998.
On 29 March 2019, Alec Jones will become Senior Independent Director and Andrew Eastgate will become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee.
