Board role changes

Castings PLC ("Castings" or "the Company"), the leading iron casting and machining group primarily focused on the European heavy truck market, announces the following board role changes.

Following the retirement of Andrew Eastgate, as previously notified, Mark Smith has been appointed as Senior Independent Director. He will continue as Chairman of the Audit and Risk committee.

Stephen Harrison, who was appointed a director on 26 September 2024, is now Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination committees.
