The executive directors of the Company, Stephen Catlin and Christopher Stooke,together with Richard Banas, Paul Brand, Paul Jardine and Preben Prebensen(being persons discharging managerial responsibilities) have an interest in theCommon Shares acquired as potential beneficiaries under the EBT in respect oftheir participation in Group share schemes.
