Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, was informed on 13th April that as of that day Martin Wiwen-Nilsson, a non-executive director of the Company, held 9,209,950 ordinary shares of US$ 0.01 each, representing 2.62% of the issued share capital of the Company, following purchases on 13th April of 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 19.50 pence per share, 7,287 ordinary shares at a price of 19.75 pence per share, 125,000 ordinary shares at a price of 19.95 pence per share and 95,640 ordinary shares at a price of 20.00 pence per share.
In accordance with the announcement dated 12th April 2017, a further 3,040,049 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each may be acquired by the concert party within a period of three months from 12 April 2017 without triggering a requirement to make a mandatory offer under the Articles of Association of the Company.
