Rule 2.9 Announcement
In accordance with Rule 2.9 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), the Company confirms that, as at the close of business on 19 October 2022, it had the following relevant securities in issue:
• 689,668,088 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each par value. The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) for the ordinary shares is VGG203461055.
• US$28,718,758 12% secured convertible loan notes due 31 July 2023 (the "Loan Notes"). If all the Loan Notes convert (assuming full conversion of principal, interest, and fees to the maturity date), 77,005,827 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each par value will fall due to be issued to holders of the Loan Notes.
