The following amendment has been made to the 'Dividend Declaration' announcement released today at 9:32 under RNS No 4561R.
The record date was incorrect and should now read 10th September 2010 and not 10th September 2009 as previously stated.
All other details remain unchanged.

Notification of Dividend Payment on Preference Shares
Caffyns plc announces that shareholders of the 6.5% Cumulative Preference shares and the 10% Cumulative Preference shares on the Register on 10th September 2010 will receive an interim payment of 3.25 pence per share and 5.0 pence per share respectively on 1st October 2010.
